    Hello, If I have understood correctly, then no, there is nothing I have seen like that. Do you mean as if the charm was cut in half, so that they would be a mirror of each other? The only way that might be able to be done would be if you took to a proper jeweller with a workshop. They would be able to cut in half and put loops on each side. The down side would the cost as anything involving a manual process like this tends to be costly. Sorry it's not more informative but if we can help further then please let us know Kind regards Simon
