I ordered a unique pendant for my Neice from Malden jewellery. I needed it in a rush and the gentleman jeweller did everything he could to accommodate my request. He even made time to solder a different attachment onto the pendent so that it could fit on my neice’s Pandora bracelet and posted it especially so it would reach us on time. I will definitely be shopping at Malden jewellery again both for the quality of the jewellery and for the wonderful, kind service. Thank you

With Special Delivery, it's usually delivered the next working day.

The bead fittings are great as they will fit most Pandora Moments bracelets and allow us to convert most of our 5000+ silver charms to accommodate.

Thank you so much for your kind words.
We do try to make sure that everything works out and mostly, it does.
I photographed ALL 5000+ sterling silver charms, myself, with extra ones of every product against a ruler.
It's always tricky taking photos of silver but the results aren't too bad, and fairly lifelike, although we have to remove the background due to Amazon rules on the main photo B-)

If you ever need to see a different angle photographed or maybe a charm on a different fitting like a Pandora Fitting or a lobster clip for Thomas Sabo bracelets, then just let us know and we will do our best. It can take longer during busy times, especially during December.

Thank you for leaving 5 stars when you were inconvenienced as you were. I should also say thank you for your patience too.
Most of the time Royal Mail is pretty good but they, as all couriers, do lose things. If they don't deliver then we have to sort it out one way or another with as little hassle to the customer as possible.
Sadly, Royal Mail doesn't compensate us for first and second class mail that they lose. (Yes, quite incredible)
So we always ask if items turn up a week/month/year later then please mark as "return to sender" and drop in a postbox.

Thankfully, it's quite rare.

I am slowly trying to adapt the website so that you can select the fitting from the product page but it appears to be more of a challenge than I realised!
So in future, you should be able to select Pandora fitting or Thomas Sabo fitting etc.
