Asked by Bellows
Hi I have received my 3 Rodin charms thank you, but unfortunately I am sally disappointed in the jump rings on them. They are not of the same quality of the charm and they are not round rings. They look like pieces of metal just squeezed together. I am very disappointed and I look forward to your comment Answer:
Hello, thankyou for getting in touch and sorry for the disappointment. We carry around 2000 charms from that same supplier (reference Prefix SS) and they all have exactly the same jump rings. They appear snipped and squashed. We have asked them previously if they can supply what we would call normal jump rings but they said no. As we are classed as a small supplier by them, we are not in a position to make demands from them. We also have another supplier that we carry around 1000 of their charms (Reference Prefix CF) and they are pretty much the same but larger rings. Again snipped angled ends appearing squashed. I am sorry and of course if you would like to return, then we can refund you. We receive a few messages every year complaining about the jump rings and I do forward them onto the suppliers in the hope they will listen, but sadly not yet. Sorry again Kind regards Simon
