Looking at google as of 15th September 2019 they quote £46.99 GBP = $ 58.77 USD Please note that depending on the payment used EG Paypal or card or Amazon payments, they sometimes levy their own exchange rate or charges. If the standard international postage is selected, then this usually takes around 2 weeks as it is via DHL Global Mail. If you select Royal Mail international Tracked, then this is usually faster and Royal Mail quote from 5 working days, so round about a week.
